To log into your account for the first time, click 'more' in the bottom left, then 'login', then 'Forgot?'. Enter the email address with which you applied for your show. You will receive an email that will allow you to set your password. Once that's done, navigate back to the 'login' page, and login with your username, which is firstname_lastname, not your email address.
