While we are all here stuck in Glasgow sweating and fighting in a battle with exams, it would be a perfect dream to jump on a plane and get our shiny bodies tanned in hot Californian sun. Maybe 'American Dream' would be quite an inappropriate expression for the uncomfortably beautiful and mesmerising music from the neighbourhood of plastic dream factory. Let's see if seriously the only thing we can musically get there is spoiled sweet tunes for always smiling actors from 'blend-a-med' commercials or tattooed kids. Maybe not? Perhaps there will be another niche of echoes and love.
