ASCII was the first ever videogames based radio show in the UK, broadcasting chiptune and videogame remixes since 2005 from the Subcity studio. Over the last few years artists such as DJ Scotch Egg, Germlin, Ove Naxx and Yoko Oh No! have all come in a done live sessions with explosive results. Hosted by gamers Tim and Euan with occasional additional players coming join in the talk of videogames past, present and future the music is as varied as the games discussed. Expect a core of chiptune both original and remixed with a healthy amount of gabba, jpop, original soundtracks and intense Mario Kart battles.
