Tobi and Bicola, or Tobicola as the Tobi prefers to collectively call them, are both something of an enigma. These are both people who's inane stories and incessant jokes had lead them to be eschewed from society, cast into the unknown. The social homeless if you will. However, they have now found a home, and that home is Subcity Radio, to entreat you to their show: Based On A True Story. They are now unleashed weekly to the comparative luxury of the Subcity Studio, where they utilise their only talents to entertain you, the audiopublic. Their show may feature, depending on their skittish levels of joy each week, such diverse things as a Pun Off, where puns are plucked from the air for your entertainment and cries of dismay. Occasionally there would also be a Rap battle, in which they both may, together or separately, spit some slick rhymes on a topic of the week. Both topics of puns and raps may be supplied by the audience, and exciting dazzling and meagre prizes will be awarded. They may elude conventional conversation but it could never be called dull. It could be called other things, but you can decide that.
