Today Funk Cuts takes a break for the summer and leaves with a programme tipping the hat to some Detroit sounds mixed in with other records that I haven't had time to play so far. There will be a couple of heavy duty Latin Bugalu dancers and some funk.
Stephen Scanlon , Jim Wilson and myself will be in the kitchen bar at the Flying Duck on Saturday 18th June with The Soul Cellar from about 8:00pm Entry (via Renfield Court) is free before eleven. I'll include a medley of tune's from our last outing on today's show.
The Funky Cuts should be back in September but remember there's aabout thirty hours in the vaults at the Listen Again feature.
