We hope you've been doing your stretches because this week we had Subcity's in-house fitness instructors, Theez Boyz R Athletes in the mix. Providing a sweaty melt of grooving Disco, jacked up House and badman bashment, you can expect to burn quite a few calories through the course of ten minutes. Elsewhere, we started on a smooth-tip this week with Pasty32, Rob Etherson and Simi Simi easing us into Wednesday evening, while Mia Dora, Grobbie and click Refresh battled it out for our Local Hero award.
