Tonight sees the return of the munch anticipeated gastronomic gala that is Eat To The Beat. The pearings have been confirmed for our 8-man tag team cookie crunch match and are as follows:

'Thin' Joe Evans and Simon 'The Pie' Bryan (from Eat Beaneath) a.k.a The Lardy Boys

John 'The Stick' Burns and Jannik 'What A Mouthful' Giesekam a.k.a The Caked Crusaders

eat to the beat - the midnight feast

It’s time for us to lunch a new compeatition in the unforkgiving all you can eat festival of food. This time we’ll be skipping straight to the main course, leaving no room for dessert, with a 4-way no holds barred TLC tag match (that’s Tables, Ladders, and Cookies for those who don’t know.)

8 compeatitiors will be putting their stomachs on the line, in a 90 mineat, 4 way, tag team event all fork the coveated 42-inch tag team belt.

This will, of main course, feature the return of the infamous John “The Stick” Burns, former ETTB world champion and compeatitive eating hall-of-famer. John will be joined in his attempt by Jannik “What A Mouthful” Giesekam, previous custard eating champion and undefeated tag team title belt holder. Will they ever meat their match?

Hammy commentary and plateside analysis will be served up by Shaun “Sweet Tooth” Murphy. To sweeten the deal, we’ll have pundeatry from past eaters and a possible special guest appearance.

Following an embarrassing def-eat, and six months without the sweet taste of victory, John is hungry for that dish best served cold: revenge.
