café disco in session

For the first time on The Pop Cop radio show, we've got a full band playing live in session rather than the usual acoustic shenanigans - the honour of providing the first one falls to Café Disco, two boys and two girls from Irvine, Biggar and Glasgow who have been together for just 12 months. In that short time they have honed their craft with incessant gigging and recorded some fantastic indie-rock anthems, such as Terra Nova, which was funded by donations to The Pop Cop blog. Cool, huh?

If that's not enough to make appetites whetted, we've also got a studio guest in the shape of Lloyd Meredith of Peenko fame aka The Friendliest Blogger in Scotland. Good craic and Scottish music scene gossip pretty much guaranteed then.

Check out Café Disco via Facebook and Twitter.
