It’s our last show of term 2011/12 (sad face) but we’ve got Galleries playing a full-band session (happy face), so prepare to be swayed by their grandstanding electro-tinged indie-pop sound, which has already ambushed the airwaves of daytime Radio 1.
The Glasgow band are big favourites of The Pop Cop. They were named one of the blog’s hottest 10 tips of 2010 and two of their tunes have also been listed in the best songs of the year - Everything Continued in 2010 and Darkness Coming in 2011.
