The title is self explanatory, the show is a documentary following the history of house music. It starts in the mid-70's with Giorgio Moroder et. al. (with a couple of exceptions going earlier), and works chronologically up to 1988. As from '88, the focus switches to sub-genres until house music went a bit stale in the late 90's. The show then takes a closer look at the post-millenium house scene that was almost lost, but kept alive by the likes of Matthew Herbert (as from '98). That takes us into house music today - with dirty electro house in the driving seat. The end of the show sees me speculating on what the future will hold for house music.
