Allan is one of the biggest legends at Subcity, he's been here for 6 years now and still mixes up some of the best Jazz, Funk and Soul you have ever heard. His show is known as The Broomhill Mix! On top of spinning some the great classics and current new releases from the world of jazz/funk/soul, Allan also has heaps of info on upcoming gigs in the Glasgow and UK area and even gets some of them in for an interview on his show. So if some funky soulful tunes is up your alley or if you love blasting out some psychadelic jazz, tune in to The Broomhill Mix between 4pm and 6pm every Monday afternoon.

Hey kids! Amongst numerous Subcity sounds to appear on the Subcity stage during Kelvingrove Park part of the West End Festival, Broomhill Mix will be the one to get you jumping around with some funky sounds! So, make sure you're there on Sunday, 13th of June from 12 noon onwards! We'll be making you dance in the early afternoon.

Hello soul, funk and jazz lovers! I am sure that you will be more than happy to hear that one of the most acclaimed Glaswegian Dj's - Mark Robb (who is currently spinning some funky beats at the Rio Cafe) appeared in the final episode for this year! Not only he has brought some fresh Starla Records tunes (that have not been released yet, so we got them quite exclusively to be frank with you), but he literally flooded us with sea of information on what is going around Glasgow's soul, jazz and funk scene.
