After a long summer of festivals and floods Subcity returns to the airwaves with a special broadcast just in time to corrupt Glasgow's newest arrivals. Tune your radio to 106.6FM or or listen online in Ogg or MP3 from the 14th to the 23rd of September for the best introduction to the city you could imagine. We've also got our finest slackers, dropouts and party people bringing you an exclusive hyper rave to finish the week in true jaw-clenching, bowel-moving style.

On offer is the best mix of hot new musical talent around, teamed with a series of documentaries, providing the only guide you'll need to eating and drinking through to clubbing and blagging in Glasgow. Also jammed in tight are guest slots from Glasgow's finest club nights, live sessions and broadcasts from any part of freshers' week worth a mention. Expect the return of the finest shows from previous years aired back to back with a transfusion of the best new blood we could find, during our latest trawling of Glasgow's dirtiest underground haunts and bedsits; a genuine mishmash of underground and street-level. For a taste of what's to come this year, tune in on Friday 14th between 12-3am for Camouflage live at the Soundhaus, or on Friday 21st to hear our very own Freshers' Hyper Rave from the comfort of your own neon-decked bedroom.

Providing the beats are a selection of Subcity's finest party people, from jerkin' house with Full Phat to party electro with Frantic Ant. The headline slot comes from one half of the DMC team champs c2c, DJ Atom. Get your sunglasses ready for the next morning's walk of shame.
